Summer Fun Chipboard Album

I designed this chipboard book with several different shaped pages to add a fun design element! The papers I used to decorate it are Stampin' Up! Cutie Pie Designer Papers.....one of my all-time favorites!! I don't have pix of all the pages yet, but they are packed full of cute embellishments and ribbons!!

Mini 3-clip Chipboard Clipboard

This is what my kids actually look like now! I can't believe how big they've gotten! I just got their school pictures back & the colors they were wearing matched perfectly with the 'Flowers for You' Stampin' Up! papers! I attached little clips to an extra thick piece of chipboard with rivets (my husband will never miss his rivet gun!) to create the clipboard. The stamped accents are from Stampin' Up! stamp set 'Double Line Doodle'. I added a magnet strip to the back of the clipboard so I can display this on the refrigerator!

Manila file folder mini album

Okay, I really did intend to post things to my blog more often than every year or so....I almost forgot I started this!! Part of the reason would be that I still have dial-up internet service! Ack!! It takes SO long to upload that I usually just quit...I have better things to be doing with my time than waiting for my antiquated ISP to work!

On to some recent artwork......

I saw a cute file folder that had been made into an album when I was browsing one day and just had to make one! The one I saw was used as an organizing file for Christmas things, like lists & receipts, but I love to scrapbook so I made mine into a mini album instead.

I used Stampin' Up! papers -le Jardin- to cover each page, and accented with flowers from the Bud Basics stamp set. I added definitions from Define Your Life stamp set.

This is what the album looks like on the inside front before pictures are added.

And this is the inside after I added a few pictures of my kiddies! Aren't they adorable! I think these are from 2000 or 2001 though, because it's been a long time since my kids were that sweet!

This is the back side of the album. Hmmmm....my baby still sucks her thumb now at 8-1/2 years old!

Mini Saddle Stitch Scrapbook

You can create adorable mini scrapbooks using the book kits found in the Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog. Just add ribbons, papers & embellishments to show off your favorite pictures! The awesome decorative papers used in this mini scrapbook are new from Stampin' Up! They are currently available in the Summer Mini Catalog.

Mini scrapbooks make fantastic gifts for family and friends!

I had so much fun adding creative elements to each page!

Pockets and tags are a great way to make the pages interactive.

There are so many ways to add lots of pictures in a small amount of space.

I've been using zippers in alot of my projects. This zipper actually opens the pocket so small items can be tucked inside!

Sugar & Spice.....altered purse tin

Creating this tin was so much fun! I just love the new SU 2-sided papers from the Spring mini catalog! The monogram "&" is one of my favorites, but I am getting quite a collection of the other letters as well!
The flowers on the lid are from the Looks Like Spring stamp set....so pretty!
I have this tin currently listed on eBay....if all goes well I will be doing more of them!
